Learn how to download eBooks to eReaders at library program

August 22, 2012 by FortBendStar

Fort Bend County Libraries will present an introductory program on downloading audiobooks and eBooks to MP3 players, computers, and eReaders on Tuesday, September 11, beginning at 10:00 am, in Room 2B at George Memorial Library, 1001 Golfview in Richmond.

Learn how to browse, select, and download audiobooks and eBooks to your computer, MP3 player, Nook, Kindle, iPad, or smartphone from the library’s online digital library collection, OverDrive. It is necessary to have a Fort Bend County library card to check out eBooks from the library. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

The program is free and open to the public. For more information, call the library’s Public Information Office at 281-341-2677.
