Louise Hall, 86, of Easterly, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013 in Bryan, Texas. She was born on December 27, 1926 in Itasca, Texas to Cyrus and Vera Nay Christopher Stephenson. She was a 1944 graduate of Sugarland High School and received her nursing degree from the Memorial Hospital. She married Wayburn Hall on August 13, 1949. She was a registered nurse for sixty-seven years. She also worked for Ft. Bend I.S.D. as a School Nurse and Coordinator of Health Services for 27 years before her retirement at the age of 62. She had been a resident of Easterly for the past 18 years previously living in Sugarland. She was a member of the Franklin Church of Christ, Past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #311, Franklin, Texas as well as in Sugarland, Texas The Retired Teachers Association and The Lambda Sigma Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Ft. Bend. She was also a member of the Brazos Bluebonnet Quilt Guild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father; T.M. Kerley, grandson; Tyler Chadwick Hall, sisters; Nalaine Senior, Walterine Farrell and Johnnie Guajardo.
She is survived by Husband – Wayburn Jacquain Hall, Sr. of Easterly. Sons and Daughters-in-law – Matthew Gene Hall and wife Betsy of Sugarland Mitchell Dean Hall and wife Claudia of The Colony Wayburn Jacquain “Jack” Hall, Jr. and wife Linda of Richmond
Edwin McNeil Hall and wife Tammy of Atascocita, 9 Grandchildren – Marshall Hall, Callie Marie Tidwell, Kim Mallory, Elliott Hall, Elisabeth Alonzi, Michael Hall, Joey Hall, Mason Hall and Haley Hall, 3 Great Grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. with a service following at 6:00 P.M. at McCauley Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, Texas. Al Jolly will officiate. Burial will be on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Davis-Greenlawn 3900 B F Terry Blvd Rosenberg, Texas.
