A former Dulles High School student send out a tweet early Sunday morning stating, “I can’t believe this is how my story ends.” That tweet was sent at 2:56 am., March 18, from a location in Stafford Texas.
About 30 minutes later, Stafford police were responding to a fatality accident on the railroad tracks at Promenade and S. Main/US 90A.
According Stafford police spokesman Rafael Virata, at 3:30 am, Sunday morning Agha Ramirez, 20, of Stafford, was hit by a train on the tracks at the Promenade/S. Main crossing. He was killed instantly. Virata said, the train conductor notified Union Pacific police of the accident, who in turn notified Stafford police. The investigation revealed that when hit by the train, Ramirez was laying on the tracks.
