As part of the City’s goal to protect property values and help keep our community one of America’s best, Code sweeps will continue this year throughout all neighborhoods.
From April 1 to April 30, Code Enforcement inspectors will regularly visit Quail Green West to observe if any infractions exist.
The goal of the sweeps is to educate residents about the City’s housing standards, emphasizing the importance enforcement has in helping to maintain quality neighborhoods. Citations and warnings will be issued.
Homeowners will be cited directly to court for violating the following codes:
*High grass or weeds; *Junk cars or vehicles, including those with expired license plates or inspection stickers; *Dirty pools; *Parking on the grass.
For a second violation, the following will be cited directly to court:
*Trash cans, yard waste or any type of garbage left out in public view, except during allowed times.
Notice of the sweeps has been provided to the subdivision’s homeowner association.
