Missouri City’s Municipal Court will close at noon this Friday, March 30, and will not be open on Monday, April 2, to accommodate software upgrades that will enhance customer service and improve overall operations. Additionally, the online payment option—Click2Gov—will also be unavailable during these times.
The court, located at 3845 Cartwright Rd., will resume regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Tuesday, April 3.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause customers,” said Cathy Haney, Director of Municipal Court Services. She added that in addition to improving operations, the “new software will provide payment flexibility for defendants.”
While the court is closed, individuals will still be able to pay fines 24 hours a day, by placing payments in the drop-box located to the left of the Court entrance.
