Needles & Yarn Knitting Circle meets weekly

February 15, 2012 by FortBendStar

The Needles & Yarn Knitting Circle will meet at Fort Bend County Libraries’ George Memorial Library, 1001 Golfview in Richmond, every Tuesday in March, beginning at 10:00 am, in Room 2B of the library.
Share tips, get ideas, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow knitters at this weekly event!

Knitters of all ages and experience levels – from beginners to advanced — are invited to join. Those attending should bring their own knitting needles and yarn.

Knitters may also participate in a special group project – making a lap blanket for patients at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

The program is free and open to the public. For more information, call the library’s Public Information Office at 281-341-2677.
