Never a good plan

So what do ya’ think was running through his mind? Monday morning just before noon Rosenberg police called Sugar Land Police to share.

Seems a couple of yahoos in a stolen truck were burgl’n cars in the Academy shopping center parking lot in Rosenberg.  Thanks to sharing, Sugar Land converged on the Academy parking lot in their city just down the freeway and BAM! There was the dynamic duo in the stolen truck… right there along the US 59 corridor.  Seems the duo were not interested in a trip to the hoosegow until they played a little po-po Rodeo! Yep, they took off in the stolen F250 pickup to run from police.

It all ended very suddenly and very shortly when the fleeing F250 ran a red light, crashed into a car, and careened into a pole at the intersection of US 59 at First Colony Boulevard.

Needless to say, it looked like a filming of Fast and Furious …Redneck Style!

Yep, that Po-po Rodeo plan only ends well for the Po-po
