Newmark starts sales in new Riverstone neighborhood
More than a dozen homes have already sold in Pebble Creek, which is a continuation of the builder’s successful program in the Millwood neighborhood of Riverstone, said Mike Moody, president of Newmark Homes.
“With reasonably priced homes in one of Fort Bend’s premier communities, Millwood resonated with home buyers,” Moody said. “We hope to deliver the same coveted pricing, home designs and features in the Pebble Creek neighborhood.”
Newmark Homes is the exclusive builder in Pebble Creek, a 22-acre section of 71 homesites located at Oilfield Road and Highway 6. Home buyers can select from 21 floor plans priced from the $330,000s and ranging from 2,093 to 3,395 square feet.
A model home is under construction now and is expected to open in March, one of several new model homes in Riverstone. Both Sitterle Homes and Meritage Homes opened new models in December, and Westport will open a model home in Majestic Pointe, an enclave of custom homes.
Riverstone features homes from 13 executive and five custom home builders. Homes are priced from the $300,000s to the millions.
New homes in Riverstone boast a Sugar Land address, plus residents enjoy a wealth of amenities, including swimming, tennis, fitness and special events at The Club at Riverstone.
A project of The Johnson Development Corp., Riverstone has for a fourth consecutive year been ranked among the nation’s 10 top-selling communities and listed No. 1 in Texas for the second consecutive year.
