Remember the torrential rains? Flooded streets? Tornadoes?
Well, if you recall – that all hit about the time the FBISD buses were out driving your precious children to school. Not a bus was lost, not a child was injured and everyone got to school safe and sound. Good Job bus conductors! Thank you.
Well, that’s not what they heard from their administrators. On that day, instead of thanking them for doing a great job, dodging tornados and getting all the kiddies to school – what did the Administration have to say? Nothing, however, anyone who clocked out more than 3 minutes late that morning got a warning slip for abusing overtime.
Yep, when they came back from lunch, there it was a notice with the dreaded highlighter ink….OVERTIME abuse! Those 3 minutes will get ya’ every time!
Just so y’all know… even if the District doesn’t care, your community does.
Thank you and please continue to drive the children safely.
