My beloved Stan, my precious son, my only child! It is hard to believe you have been gone 25 years. It seems like you should walk in the door today calling out “Mom” as you so often did those many years ago. Not one day has passed that I have not loved you and missed you. The fact that you were here – that I was blessed to be your mother – has completely engrossed my entire being for these 25 years. It has been my privilege and my mission to keep your memory alive through Project SMILE (Stan’s Memory Includes Loving Everyone). Thousands of children and hundreds of senior citizens continue to be blessed because you, my son, LIVED. I love you so much and I look forward to seeing you again in Heaven.
