Mary Frances Lafferty, age 90 of Sugar Land, Texas passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2008 in Sugar Land. Mrs. Lafferty was born April 15, 1918 in DeKalb, Texas. She was a member of the Church
of Latter Day Saints, a. retired Cafeteria Manager with Fort Bend ISD and is preceded in death by her husband Elmer and one daughter, Bertha Boettcher.
Survivors include one daughter, Edith Hughes of Sugar Land, Texas, one granddaughter, Renee Hughes, three grandsons, Bobby Hughes and Jerry Boettcher all of Sugar Land, Texas, Robbie Boettcher of Katy, Texas, six great
grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 8, 2008 in Lydia Cemetery, Lydia, Texas with Bro. Don McPherson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home, DeKalb. There will be no set visitation. Online registration may be made
