REGINA
(GINA) L. BRANCH died peacefully in her home Monday March 6
after a 21-year battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
She is survived by her mother, Frances
Sewell Light of Atlanta, Georgia; her daughter and
son-in-law, Lisa and Sam Long of Richmond; her son and
daughter-in-law, Michael and Angella Branch of Fort Worth;
six grandchildren, Andrew Long, Evie, J.T., Tamica, Anthony,
and Bianca Branch; her sister and brother-in-law, Juliet and
Lowell Fountain; her brother and sister-in-law, David and
Darla Light; nieces and nephews, a multitude of cousins, and
extended family.
Gina was a long-time member of her Bible
study group at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. She was a
member of the Houston Junior Women’s Club and the Fort Bend
Women’s Breakfast Club. She will be remembered as a strong
Christian, a loving mother, and a good friend.
Her family especially thanks God for
Nadene Baines and her staff, for their loving care.
Her memorial service was held Friday,
March 11 at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, 717 Sage Road.
