Allergy season arrives in Fort Bend
Itchy eyes, sneezing and runny nose? It’s here! Allergy season has arrived in Fort Bend with what is reportedly a long season due to high pollen counts and allergist feedback.
Apparently there have been complaints of allergy symptoms that go back to January, and February reportedly had heavy pollen counts that are typical of what happens in March.
Worse before better, is what we hear. About 20 percent of the population goes for treatment. Allergies in the air we breathe affect the immune system. This dilates blood vessels and inflame sinus and respiratory tracts. Over the counter measures help, but you can also see a doctor for relief.
Dust, pollens and dander…it’s out there and the blowing winds aren’t helping!
