You’ve been warned!
Sugar Land is about to put its latest set of red light cameras into effect on Sunday, May 5.These are at U.S. Highway 90A and Dairy Ashford westbound and northbound. Installed in April, motorists have probably seen the flashing signs in the area like this one next to this gas station at U.S. 59 and Dairy Ashford. The city already has red light cameras at U.S. 59 and SH 6, SH 6 at Lexington Boulevard, and West Airport Boulevard at Eldridge Parkway. The City of Sugar Land reports that in 2011 and 2012, cameras were removed at two intersections after compliance levels improved by almost 60 percent.
