BETWEEN “CITY CENTRE” BACK WALL & 18TH GREENS: Is there going to be a designated large patio for outside weddings, parties and various types of events? The large paved area that will be used for the “staging” of golf carts, will also be used for “outside” events, such as, weddings.
HOLIDAYS ARE UPON US. All residents need to pay close attention to how our subdivision streets look. This is especially important on the days trash is picked up.
CITY ORDINANCE STATES: “All garbage, trash or yard waste can be placed on the curb at 6 pm the day before trash pickup. “Empty” trash cans must be stored out of public view the day of pickup.
IN OTHER WORDS: Nothing is on the curbs days before pickup. After pickup no “empty” trash cans rolling around in the streets.
PROSPECTIVE HOME BUYERS will only see the beauty of our custom built homes and the mature landscaping. During the holidays more attention will be given to the creativity of our residents who decorate for the Holidays.
WHY DEED RESTRICTIONS? This helps to maintain the beautification of the neighborhood and to protect the home values.
