Honorary gala chairs, Fort Bend County Commissioner Vincent and Regina Morales, will host the Rosenberg Railroad Museum’s 15th anniversary Garden Cocktail Party presented by Legacy Ford of Rosenberg.
The event takes place on June 3 from 6:30-9 p.m. on museum grounds, 1921 Ave F, Rosenberg. Garden party attendees are invited to mix and mingle with other supporters of the museum, enjoy bites and drinks from area restaurants, participate in auctions and help the museum celebrate 15 years since the doors opened to the public.
According to museum Executive Director Ratha Liladrie, the museum is, “excited to have this unique event where guests can walk the grounds, try some amazing food and also experience all the cool things RRM has to offer, including an up close view of three active train lines and our Garden Railroad, a replica of the Rosenberg/Richmond area.”
Jazz musicians Kirk Roberts and Harry Sheppard will be performing at the event and Another Time Soda Fountain, Anthonie’s Market Grill, Bob’s Taco Station, BR Vino, Buena Vista Mexican Restaurant, Dream Dinners, Lomonte’s Italian Restaurant, M&M’s Southern Creole Kitchen, Ol’ Railroad Cafe, Pier 36 Restaurant, Randall’s and Whole Foods Market will have bites and drinks for attendees to enjoy.
“The Rosenberg Railroad Museum has accomplished so much in the last 15 years and we’re thrilled to celebrate it with our community and to share what our plans for the future are,” said Liladrie.
“It’s support from our community that keeps us chugging along and we are so grateful to all that helped take RRM from a dream to a reality.”
