Recently, a “youngster” (using that term very loosely!) found himself aged out of the juvenile justice system – now you’re gonna’ find this surprising…he was slated to be returned to Fort Bend County where he faced… a murder charge….as an adult no less!
Seems in 2010 this “youngster” is alleged to have shot another “youngster” in a gang fight in Missouri City.
Off he goes into the Texas juvenile offender system for … something unrelated – he turns 19 and they call his momma to come get him! The state doesn’t want to be pay’n for 3 hots and a cot for this “youngster” any longer than necessary, right?
Oops, it was a clerical error but rest easy – he was only trolling the streets from March 29 until April 2. Maybe next month we will find out what shenanigans he pulled while he was mistakenly released.
But anyway – amidst the outrage and the snot-sling’n-hissy-fit thrown by MoCity when they found out he was released by a clerical error … that erring clerk has gotten three days off!
Lawd help! Save us from ourselves!
