You okay with your sidewalks in Missouri City? If not, there will be a meeting on Monday, Oct. 17, at 6:30 p.m., at city hall in the council chambers relating to sidewalks.
Reports indicate that there are unhappy residents with concerns about sidewalk repairs and their upkeep in neighborhoods throughout Missouri City. The special meeting is also for discussing the city’s sidewalk policy to be addressed by members of the city council, according to one of them who provided the information to the “Star”, presumably to notify the public.
The special topic meeting on sidewalks is open to the public and will be followed by the regular city council meeting at 7 p.m. Residents will have an opportunity to speak during that time under the public comments section of the agenda about their concerns. They’ll each get three minutes.
