Sienna Plantation opens new luxury models
Sienna Plantation has opened the doors on two new luxury model homes during grand opening celebrations May 21-22.
Prospective home buyers and home décor enthusiasts got their first look at the lavishly appointed models over the weekend. The homes are in the neighborhood of Fox Bend, a gated enclave of 100-foot properties in Sienna’s Village of Sawmill Lake.
Gracepoint Homes is modeling its Baxter design, one of four plans the builder offers in Fox Bend. The five-bedroom design features a double kitchen island and ample outdoor living areas, including a front porch, side porch and expansive backyard veranda that offers an outdoor fireplace for year-round use.
The master suite is an owner’s sanctuary with an optional sitting area, two spacious walk-in closets and statement tub. The upstairs game room offers further entertainment options. Gracepoint’s pricing begins in the $700,000s.
Toll Brothers is presenting its Sandhaven design as its Fox Bend model. Built as a five-bedroom home, the model greets guests with a dual staircase of hardwood steps and tile risers. The two-story great room opens to the island kitchen and breakfast area and overlooks a backyard pool and gazebo.
The master bedroom has a beamed ceiling – one of many designer architectural details found in the home. Tray ceilings highlight the master bath, and a built-in closet system will satisfy the dedicated clotheshorse. Upstairs, a media room and game room expand the home’s entertainment space. Toll Brothers offers nine floor plans in Fox Bend priced from the $580,000s.
Residents of Fox Bend and other neighborhoods in Sawmill Lake will enjoy access to the Sawmill Lake Club, a lakeside recreation complex under construction now that will feature a water park, fitness area and more. Find details at www.siennaplantation.com.
