Have a Spring-Break Movie Break at Sugar Land Branch Library, 550 Eldridge. Families are invited to watch a series of popular animated children’s movies that will be shown during the week in the library’s Meeting Room.
The series begins on Monday, March 11, with a 2011 family comedy movie starring Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and the whole Jim Henson crew. On Friday, March 15, enjoy an animated film about super-sleuth Basil of Baker Street, who returns to match wits with his old nemesis, Professor Ratigan. Showtime is 2:00 pm. This movie is rated G.
The movie showings are free and open to the public. For more information, call the branch library at 281-238-2140 or the library’s Public Information Office at 281-341-2677.
