Michael Cordúa, one of Texas’ most celebrated restaurateurs, is owner of seven highly-respected restaurants including Américas, Churrascos, Artista and Amazón Grill. He is also the only chef in Texas inducted into the Food & Wine magazine “Hall of Fame.” David Cordúa, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, is recognized for his fine technique and food artistry.
