Sienna Branch Library, 8411 Sienna Springs Blvd in Missouri City, presents a variety of free children’s programs — Mother Goose Time, Toddler Time, Story Time, and School-Age Programs — every month. These programs are free and open to the public. The summer schedule is as follows:
Mother Goose Time, which takes place on Tuesdays at 10:00 am, provides caregiver/infant activities and songs especially designed for the youngest book-lovers, from age 1 month to 12 months. Program dates are June 11, 18, and 25.
Toddler Time — Thursdays at 10:00 and 11:15 am — offers caregiver/child activities, stories and songs for older babies, from 12 to 36 months of age. Program dates are June 13, 20, and 27.
Pre-school children, 3 to 6 years of age, will enjoy Story Time, where they hear stories, watch movies, and participate in age-appropriate craft activities, beginning at 10:00 and 11:15 am each Wednesday. Program dates are June 12, 19, and 26.
Pajama Night Story Time — which takes place every Monday at 6:30 pm — gives families an evening option for some activities presented during the day time. Program dates are June 10, 17, and 24.
The School-Age Programs — crafts, movies, stories, and more for school-aged children in grades 1 through 5 ONLY — takes place on Tuesdays, beginning at 2:00 pm during the summer. The June schedule is as follows:

June 18 – In the Garden with Books
June 25 – Texas Snakes
The Young Adult Programs, which begin at 2:00 pm on Thursdays, are designed for youth in grades 6 and up. The June schedule is as follows:
June 13 –Hip-Hop Hooray

June 27 – Totally Trivia!
