Last week, while walking into the courthouse to go before the Civil Service Commission, Sheriff Milton Wright – Mr. entitled – wheeled up and parked his county ride right where you see it. In a fire zone, marked TOW AWAY ZONE.
As the sheriff mounted the steps a county official said to him, “Uh, you’re gonna get towed there, then he chuckled. With an untold amount of arrogance, Wright replied, “You must not know me, I’m Milton Wright, THE Sheriff.” Simply put, this kind of arrogance sums up the last 16 years.
Wow, what a legacy to leave.
