Three students were named Grand Prize Winners in Colony Bend Elementary School’s Annual Science Fair. Earning top honors were: fifth-grader Richard Liu (Project: Does brand of paper cup affect weight it can support?), fifth-grader Nathan Wei (Project: Does distance affect size and width of a crater?), and fourth-grader Garret Bates (Project: Does the design of a straw bridge affect strength?).
