Sugar Land police spokesperson Doug Adolph said police have identified the man whose body was recovered from the lake near the intersection of Creekbend Drive and Prudential Circle as Prince Guillermo Ramirez. His body was seen in the water by a woman who was walking near the Creekbend Condominiums in the Lake Pointe subdivision Friday evening. She reported her sighting to police and an investigation began.
Adolph said, “Preliminary autopsy results show the cause of death as drowning. There
are no signs of foul play; however, the investigation is ongoing.”
Ramirez was a 22 year old man who is believed to have lived in Houston. No further details were available; however, police ask anyone with information to contact SLPD at (281) 275-2540.
