The Fort Bend Junior Service League (FBJSL) is accepting applications from local qualifying 501(c) (3) nonprofit organizations to be considered as a "Core Placement" for the organization's 2021-23 league years, according to a news release from FBJSL.

As part of the process, which occurs every two years, the placement is part of FBJSL's ongoing mission of serving the area through volunteerism and charitable fundraising.

Once a nonprofit has applied and been approved, FBJSL members will be placed there accordingly.

Applications and volunteer organization position statements may be found at fbjsl.org.

All applications for placement are due by Feb. 12. For more information or to ask questions, community members can contact the FBJSL by email at communityservice@fbjsl. com.
